Your investment funds our fix & flip projects. When properties are renovated and sold, profits are used to pay investors up to 22% annual return (depending on which investment option you choose). We have also secured lender partners which allow us to leverage each project we take on to achieve a higher cash on cash return with less risk.

When do I start earning?
